Here at SBT, our mission is to give you quality work with service and pride. We strongly believe in family and community, and strive to implement a long-term customer relationship, based on quality, timely service, safety, and an anticipation of their needs. We at SBT take pride in our work and stand behind our professionalism and finish. Our goal is to give you an experience that you as a customer deserve and want to tell your friends about.
FUTURE GOALS
Now that the second generation is taking over the reins his goal is to keep the company growing, servicing and moving forward in our community building relationships and our reputation. Our employees are family to us and we plan on them retiring from SBT and want to keep seeing their kids coming in for summer work.
SAFETY ORIENTATED
We are proud to say that many of our employees have been with us for years, some since the very beginning. So when we say they are like family we mean it. SBT Construction is committed to ensuring the safety of all employees. We strive to ensure that every project we touch has a work environment founded on working safely. We also have a full-time Health and Safety Manager promoting and ensuring and overall safety mindset on every project. We are constantly training and updating our employee’s safety knowledge with the MOL standards as a minimum. At SBT, we always ensure from set up to finish that our employees have the necessary industry specific Health & Safety certificates to complete the job, providing a peace of mind to the customer. The best way to avoid a lawsuit is to hire a company that has the necessary liability insurance.

We’ve been proudly serving Essex County Since 1982, many of our customers are second generation customers; we’ve done their parents, friends and other family members.
We’ve been building relationships for just as long. Extremely proud to say a large percent of our business is referrals and repeats, which to us is the biggest complement.
